Job Description

About The Role:
Overseeing the processing and management of translation orders. This is a highly administrative, client-facing and supplier-facing role where accuracy and efficiency are paramount, and where a basic understanding of the patent filing process will be developed.


Responsibilities: 
* Processing and management of orders for the translation of WOSAs and other IP-Trans orders
* Working with allocators, Language Technology & Production to ensure translations are processed as efficiently as possible
* Providing advice and guidance to linguistic and production staff 
* Liaison with external suppliers regarding availability and deadlines
* Handling of linguistic and technical queries from various stakeholders; deferment as appropriate
* Liaison with external suppliers regarding availability and deadlines
* Collation of QC feedback and escalation as appropriate
* Providing quotations to clients in collaboration with Sales support & other internal teams. 
* Assisting other project managers with tasks as required


Requirements:
* Highly motivated 
* Positive approach to new technologies
* Problem-solving and organisational skills
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
* Exemplary written and spoken communication skills
