Main propose of the job：

Translate and proof-read TCG/LCG products and deliver high-quality localization contents.

Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality translation to complete the tasks assigned by team leads, including texts, images, scripts, and other media in different game context

• Check, correct, and polish the contents localized by team members and provide constructive suggestion to improve localization quality

• Review and revise outsourcing-translated texts by verifying the integrity of the contents related to the game products

• Actively cooperate with the developers on the issues such as local-specific requirements, culture-related feedbacks and other requests.

• Evaluate game products and in respect of gameplay, mechanism, balance, marketing, etc. for localization and publication

Skills & Requirements:

• Working experience in game localization industry with outstanding translation and proof-reading skills in English to Chinese; native level of Simplified Chinese language skills is a must; good command of Traditional Chinese language is a plus

• Familiar with checking and proof-reading process; knowledge of printing industry is a plus

• Familiar with tabletop games including board games, card games, etc.; Years of experience in dominant TCG or LCG is a MUST

• Drive to improve quality and efficiency through creative, practical, and collaborative solutions

• Ability to find possible approaches to optimize work flow, experience in project management, especially in game or localization industry, is a plus

Ability to teamwork in a proactive and positive manner to achieve shared objectives and to establish effective working relationships with others
