Our Client

Our Client is one of the largest global telecommunication operators in the world, headquartered in Hong Kong for international business with over 20 country bases across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Provide data for analysis to enhance the operation of core network infrastructure project (i.e. international IP transit service, global layer 1 and IPVPN and DWDM platforms)
• Implement relevant measures to ensure availability and reliability of the above platform
• Prepare and evaluate equipment configuration and deploy the configuration with the network platform
• Provide support to Sales / Product team on technical enquiry from customer
• Provide support to Operations team to solve complex network problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related IT discipline, CCNP or JNCIP-SP certification are preferred
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience in configuration, operation and maintenance duties relating to data network infrastructure, preferably in Telecommunication, IDC or ISP business environment
• Working experience in Cisco/ Juniper/Huawei Routers and Switches configuration and installation
• Knowledge of Layer 1 transmission technology including OTN/SDH/SONET and DWDM technology
• Familiar with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
