Be responsible for procurement from Europe and shipment to foreign customers in APAC

Responsible for procurement of plastic pipes and fittings from Europe, including forecasting / demand plan, assign supplying location, place PO’s, and coordination of lead times etc

Responsible for transportation services by sea-(container), airfreight as well as by road;

Preparing invoices, drafting, legalize and sending the required export documents;

Responsible for the planning of all export activities;

Responsible for the timely, efficiently and most cost effective way of transportation and shipping;

Making sure electronic customs declarations are in place, legalization of various documents (Chamber of Commerce, Embassy, Ministry).
