Purpose & Mission:

? Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process. Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and clients. Help with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions. Verify that all documentation adheres to import-export policies and laws.

Responsibility:

? Define and monitor KPIs for transportation forwarders, take quick corrective actions when deviation occurs.

? Prepare shipping documents, Imp/exp. tracking and customs clearance process, HS code classification; 3C exemption application knowledge preferred.

? Communication & cooperation internally & externally, fulfill customer’s requests in on-time delivery.

? Provide relevant reports for internal departments and external organizations.

? Take active participation and contribution to domestic initiative as well as global TSM projects.

Key deliverables(maximum 5):

? Cargo tracking report

? Transportation forwarder performance report

? HS code database maintenance

Competency & qualification requirements:

? Bachelor Degree

? Min. 3 to 5 years’ experience in transportation handling

? Knowledgeable in domestic and international transportations,

? HS code classification knowledge

? Strong in oral and written English

? Team player and good communication skill

? Solution provider with customer service sense of urgency
