Our Travel Advisors provide high-touch, customized service to both new and existing clients. Travel Advisors create travel itineraries, service requests, maintain bookings, billing and invoicing. Travel Advisors minimize escalations by providing excellent customer service.

Descriptions工作內容

• Arrange all types of domestic and international travel for air, car, cruise, hotel, transfers, rail and activities utilizing a variety of Vendors and Booking Systems (e.g. GDS)

• Ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating travel policy responsibilities; effective use of computer systems and phone call management

• Research and curate client travel inquiries and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure customer needs and sales goals are met

Requirement

• 2+ years of Travel sales or customer service experience required
  最少2年或以上旅遊銷售或客戶服務工作經驗
  
  
• Higher Diploma or above
  高級文憑或以上
  
  
• GDS experience is desired (Sabre preferred)
  需要具備GDS經驗（Sabre）
  
  
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is a must. Multiple languages (Japanese or Korean) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and be multi-tasking, and display highest level of integrity when dealing with internal & external customers
