Job Description
Purpose of job
- Reporting to the group manager, the main responsibility is to provide daily support to the Travel department, including issuing invoices and ensuring payment are process in a timely manner
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Arranging best suitable and economic air tickets for crew members
- Coordinating with shipping agents, ships, crew, personnel and technical departments for crew change arrangement, especially to anticipate and cope with potential problems
- Monitoring current crew changes and follow up amendment requests
- Checking and passing invoices for payment
- General clerical duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by Manager
Education / experience / skills required
- Bachelor Degree in any Disciplines
- Good computer skills of using Outlook email and Word
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Meticulous and focus with good work ethnic
- Fast learner and can work under pressure
