Job Description

Purpose of job

  • Reporting to the group manager, the main responsibility is to provide daily support to the Travel department, including issuing invoices and ensuring payment are process in a timely manner

 

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Arranging best suitable and economic air tickets for crew members
  • Coordinating with shipping agents, ships, crew, personnel and technical departments for crew change arrangement, especially to anticipate and cope with potential problems
  • Monitoring current crew changes and follow up amendment requests
  • Checking and passing invoices for payment
  • General clerical duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by Manager

 

Education / experience / skills required

  • Degree in any Disciplines
  • Good computer skills of using Outlook email and Word
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Meticulous and focus with good work ethnic
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure
