Provide quality and professional travel services to external and internal customers in a warm, friendly, timely and courteous manner

Arrange reservations, bookings and ticketing for:

i)transportation services (such as ferries, airlines, buses, helicopters and limousines)

ii)hotel accommodation

iii)internal and external tours and packages

iv)entertainment events, Arena concerts, and

v)other products as and when released

Undertake cashiering tasks associated with all products and services provided, strictly adhering to Company policy and procedures

Ensure the smooth running in Retail Team, TM Travel Team, Group Team and China Market Team

Maintain positive guest relations

High School Graduate or Bachelor Degree in Tourism related preferred

Possess excellent organizational and communication skill

Focused on guest needs with good guest relations skills/

Familiar with Air Ticketing System such as Amadeus or E-term preferred.

Able to empathize with an angry customer

Possess the manual dexterity to operate office equipment including a telephone, computer, photocopy machine, fax machine

Proficiency with Microsoft soft ware includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Prior travel agency, transportation, Hotel front office, Concierge or Guest Service experience preferred

Willing to work any day of the week and any shift,/Able to work under pressure / Get along well with team members and work as a team

Have a Well groomed, professional appearance/ keen to learn

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
