KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Set quarterly goals including Retail Sales Targets and implement the yearly and seasonal activities in co-ordination with the Sales Manager
? Organize all promotions (recruit freelance team, set targets in agreement with the Area Sales Manager, co-ordinate decoration and P.O.S. material shipments) and provide detailed reporting on the execution and results
? Co-ordinate, analyse and exploit all data on the activity level of the points of sale, on the feed-back of merchandising and promotional activities of Coty brands and competitors and their brands providing weekly and monthly updates and follow-up on key information, promotion results, budgets and costs to the Sales Manager
? Optimise the positioning of the Coty brands in each point of sales (shelf locations, shelf space, logos, promotional displays, transparencies...etc.) in line with the guidelines
? Maintain adequate inventory levels in all retailers’ doors of sellable stock, testers, promotional items, pos materials etc.
? Follow-up the information on the competitors’ investments, space negotiations and level of sales
? Ensure a permanent contact with the BA Team in order to control the quality of their work and to provide them with the required support where and when needed.
? Lead and motivate the BA Team and develop their product knowledge and selling techniques
? Gather information from BA Teams working for competitive brands and from customers, organise and report it to Sales Manager.
? Liaise on a permanent basis with the Area Sales Manager, Marketing Team and Customer Service Departments
? Provide an in-depth monthly analysis of the market and clients covered by this position
? Build Account relationships at store level and with co-ordinators who liase between the stores and head offices
? Manage directly BA's
? Travel: 30% of the time
? Ensure that the BAs maintain a professional manner and appearance.
? Convey Coty Prestige brands vision and image at store level in all doors
? Accounts: 2 and 20 BAs

REQUIREMENTS
? Experience of two to three years in sales or marketing.
? Perfume and Cosmetics industry knowledge desired.
? Ability to excel in a multinational environment
? PC software skills: Microsoft Office applications
? Fluent Mandarin and proficient in English.
? Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese & English. Proven skills of organization and follow up.
? Self-motivated, self-starter
? Ability to work in a team with high dedication. Always participating actively in all functions
? Ability to think conceptually yet follow through with practical, actionable application
