Job Description
You MUST currently be in Beijing
Your Chinese level MUST be at least HSK Level 5 or equivalent

Position Description
You will be working alongside our Business Development Manager to create, price, and market unique holiday packages, as well as providing executive support.

Major Areas of Responsibility
* Preparing unique travel packages (hotel+flight combinations)
* Researching unique accommodation and local activities in each package location

* Liaising with marketing agency to develop and implement marketing strategies
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Managing email/social media correspondence for manager
* Liaising with staff, suppliers (hotel) and clients
* Collating and filing expenses

Primary Objectives:
* Creating packages based on market research data, to increase revenue.
* Providing executive support and acting as decision-maker when manager is not available.

Job Requirements
* Broad knowledge and experience in booking and planning independent/group travel
* Good knowledge of marketing on Chinese social media
* Excellent knowledge of geographical regions, climates and the Chinese travel market
* Demonstrated ability to perform administrative support to managers

* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Must stay up to date with developments and trends in travel industry

* Required written and spoken fluency in: English, Mandarin Chinese
* Fluency in a additional European language welcomed

Education and Experience
* Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, tourism, hospitality strongly preferred
* Years of experience: Alternatively, 2 years in the travel industry (travel agency, hotel, airline, tour operator)
