    About the job
  • Responsible for all treasury activities of TI entities across 10 Asian countries
  • Daily monitoring and management of bank account balances and investments in line with TI’s bank accounts and investment policies and to meet local entities’ operating needs
  • Work closely with the Asia P2P & Asia Receivables & Credit teams and the banks to reconcile and resolve payment/ receipt issues
  • Responsible for bank account maintenances
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the banking partners
  • Keep abreast with Asia countries’ regulatory and banking updates and applying it to TI’s businesses
  • Perform monthly cash and exposure forecasts
  • Perform month end close activities and reconciliations
  • Execute foreign exchange trades on behalf of Asia entities
  • Execute wire transfers and treasury contracts in treasury workstation
  • Support inter-company transactions between TI entities and house banks
  • Prepare Year-End Audit Schedules
  • Support statutory audits as well as process improvement and compliance projects
  • All other ad-hoc matters

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree or above, in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience is required; experience in regional treasury function will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices and IT savvy; knowledge of ERP Systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg and electronic banking platforms are preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in English language.
  • Ability to work well in a team based environment
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and independently prioritize workload to accomplish goals and deliver results
  • Keen eye for details, possess drive and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
