- Responsible for all treasury activities of TI entities across 10 Asian countries
- Daily monitoring and management of bank account balances and investments in line with TI’s bank accounts and investment policies and to meet local entities’ operating needs
- Work closely with the Asia P2P & Asia Receivables & Credit teams and the banks to reconcile and resolve payment/ receipt issues
- Responsible for bank account maintenances
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the banking partners
- Keep abreast with Asia countries’ regulatory and banking updates and applying it to TI’s businesses
- Perform monthly cash and exposure forecasts
- Perform month end close activities and reconciliations
- Execute foreign exchange trades on behalf of Asia entities
- Execute wire transfers and treasury contracts in treasury workstation
- Support inter-company transactions between TI entities and house banks
- Prepare Year-End Audit Schedules
- Support statutory audits as well as process improvement and compliance projects
- All other ad-hoc matters
About the job
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree or above, in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience is required; experience in regional treasury function will be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices and IT savvy; knowledge of ERP Systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg and electronic banking platforms are preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in English language.
- Ability to work well in a team based environment
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and independently prioritize workload to accomplish goals and deliver results
- Keen eye for details, possess drive and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
