About The Role:
RWS is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Group Treasury team and support the Senior Treasury Analyst. You will be helping to increase the capability and oversight of the treasury function across the group, assist in the centralization of this function, and help deliver on a number of treasury projects. 

Responsibilities: 

As Treasury Analyst you together with the Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the Group’s day-to-day treasury operation, maintaining/reducing the group’s bank accounts, and ensuring the Group’s treasury policy is adhered to. The role is based in Maidenhead (currently home/flexible working) and will play a key part in centralizing our treasury function and have involvement in a number of internal treasury projects aim at delivering ongoing process improvements which are critical to the strategy of RWS.
Further specific responsibilities include:

* Establish and maintain a central register of all banking mandates across the Group.
* On-line banking user access management/maintenance
* Management and completion of all Group KYC activities with the Group’s banking partners. 
* Establishment of intergroup funding arrangements as requested by the country/regional financial controller teams. 
* Maintenance of all intergroup loan arrangements ensuring appropriate documentation is in place and current in coordination with the country/regional controller teams.
* Maintain a central repository of intercompany loan arrangements across the Group.
* Support the Central Accounting Team by providing updated interest rates for all intercompany loans periodically. 
* Support the wider Group Finance team with month end and year end closing requirements
* Liaising with auditors to ensure all bank accounts and treasury-related matters are addressed promptly
* Management of the Group’s debt requirements including calculation of bank covenant calculations and management of the Group’s debt roll-over process.
* Liaising with Group Tax to determine ways in which to repatriate cash to Group Treasury in an effective and sustainable manner and implementing these measures
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to appropriately document intergroup dividend arrangements.
* Assist the Group Treasury team in developing and then implementing a Group wide cash forecasting process.
* Support the Director of FP&A in developing the existing treasury function across the entire Group.


Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail
* Active learner with a desire to constantly improve their performance and that of the wider Treasury team
* Previous corporate treasury experience (5+ years) is essential with a knowledge and understanding of foreign currency management/accounting, intercompany funding and transfer pricing arrangements would be advantageous.
* Self-starter with the ability to use their initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.
* Ability to challenge existing processes and provide alternative solutions.
* Hands-on approach ideally having worked in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about developing their career in a corporate treasury function.
