Position Overview: Eaton's global cash management team are responsible for the day-to-day management of Eaton's cash and liquidity needs across the world. In this function you will: Primarily support the North America Treasury Center daily cash management activities (and other regions as required) by utilizing the Treasury Management Systems (FIS Quantum) and various other platforms / tools to fund operating business needs. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects with worldwide team members. Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) reports to senior management. Use Microsoft PowerBI to report daily cash positions and undertake monthly reviews of global bank account changes to ensure data quality. Assist with any requests from internal and external auditors as appropriate. Partner with team members to develop and maintain robust process documentation. Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field. At least 1 year of finance experience. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.
