Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Hybrid work schedule available, from Beachwood, OH location. Position Overview: Eaton's global cash management team are responsible for the day-to-day management of Eaton's cash and liquidity needs across the world. With $19.6 billion in revenues and customers in more than 170 countries we play a critical role in supporting operational liquidity requirements in all regions. In this function you will: Primarily support the North America Treasury Center daily cash management activities (and other regions as required) by utilizing the Treasury Management Systems (FIS Quantum) and various other platforms / tools to fund operating business needs. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects with worldwide team members. Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) reports to senior management. Use Microsoft PowerBI to report daily cash positions and undertake monthly reviews of global bank account changes to ensure data quality. Assist with any requests from internal and external auditors as appropriate. Partner with team members to develop and maintain robust process documentation. Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field. At least 1 year of finance experience. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Finance / accounting background, and broad business experience Advanced skills in MS Excel Understanding of Power BI Ability to digitize workflows, documentation / records and analysis Understanding of Treasury or Financial systems.
