As a Treasury Analyst (Cash Management), you will be responsible for: Job Summary: The Treasury Analyst (Cash Management) supports the governance, execution and control of Treasury activities of the Siemens Healthineers affiliates in the America’s Region. The position is responsible to assist and guide the Siemens Healthineers Affiliates to ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers Treasury Rules and Regulations. The Cash Management Analyst will also support the corporate initiative to digitalize and automate processes. Responsibilities: Manage daily cash positioning and payment processing Maintain daily reconciliations for bank activity Support bank account management (BAM) Process various wire payments and perform administrative duties for multiple banking platforms Cash and investment reporting to internal parties, including senior management Coordinate with Accounting/Finance and banks for the daily cash operations and related bank services Supporting internal SOX and annual external audits through the preparation of audit schedules Works with banking and payment vendors to research issues and develop solutions. Back-office support for FX including matching, netting and settlement of trades Assist with opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts (including KYC), and signature authority as needed Analyze and manage banking fees / support internal improvements to lower fees with banks Ensure timely responses to all business inquiries Keep up to date all process documents for all core treasury activities Ensure strict compliance with all Treasury internal controls Perform other Treasury functions as required Support Concur expense processing and travel in NA Initiate LCs and BGs to support Trade Finance activities Utilize the TMS to complete the tasks (above) based upon system capabilities and functionality Provide Treasury related M&A support Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred Knowledge of Cash Management and Banking with at least 3 year’s related Treasury experience Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Cash Management and Payments Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, a strong plus High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Outstanding financial and mathematic abilities Strong time management and organizational abilities Previous project management experience is preferred Fluent in written and spoken English At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
