About The Role:

RWS is seeking a Temporary Treasury Analyst to join its Group Treasury team based in Maidenhead (home/hybrid working).

 You will be helping to increase the capability and oversight of the treasury function across the group, assist in the centralization of this function, and help deliver on BAU and key Treasury Projects.

 

Responsibilities:

The role is and will play a key part in centralizing our treasury function and have involvement in a number of internal treasury projects aimed at delivering ongoing process improvements which are critical to the strategy of RWS.

As a Treasury Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Cover for Treasury Analyst on all BAU activities and cover for Treasury Analyst 2 on Cashflow Forecasting and Intercompany.
• Bank Account Rationalization - Maintaining/reducing the group’s bank accounts.
• Key point of contact for all Audit and Governance queries.
• Establish and maintain a central register of all banking mandates across the Group.
• System Admin and Owner of On-line banking user access management/maintenance.
• Management and completion of all Group KYC activities with the Group’s banking partners.
• Log and maintenance of all Guarantees.
• Responsible for all Treasury Legal Agreements – Chart of Authority, Power Of Attorney, ISDA’s, working closely with the Legal Team.
• EMIR Reporting and Other relevant Treasury Regulation.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
• Document all owned processes and procedures related to above responsibilities.
• Support in key Projects on legal Agreements and Documentation (Intercompany Loans, Bank Transition in the US and other regions, Dynamics 365, Cash Pooling , Netting

 

Requirements:

• AMCT Part Qualified or Qualified by experience.
• Previous Corporate Treasury experience (5+ years) is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and provide alternative solutions.
• Hands-on approach ideally having worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about developing their career in a corporate treasury function.
• Active learner with a desire to constantly improve their performance.
• Self-starter with the ability to use their initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.
