Your tasks and responsibilities You will act as Treasurer for Siemens Healthineers Russia. This will include daily Cash Management as well as Currency Management. You will be responsible to manage and control financial risks, liquidity positions and funding requirements and establish harmonized processes for Siemens Healthineers Russia. You will arrange credit facilities with banks. In coordination with Siemens Healthineers central treasury you will maintain bank relationships in the region with focus on cash management related operations and bank account management. You will consolidate, control and report FX risk positions. You will execute hedging transactions, control and monitor hedging levels. You will represent Siemens Healthineers and the interests and requirements of the Siemens Healthineers treasury function in a consistent manner with regard to Siemens Healthineers Russia as well as external partners. You will be responsible for Siemens Healthineers Russia on compliance with internal and external financial guidelines and ensure adherence to all central bank related requirements. You will support company acquisitions and divestments, in other words the integration of new company units into the corporate treasury structures and the full financial demerger of company units. You will organize and deliver trainings on treasury-related topics within Siemens Healthineers Russia. Your qualifications and experience You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or equivalent Additionally you can demonstrate minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a treasury role within a multinational company or comparable role in the banking sector. You have a very good understanding of the broader context in which the treasury function operates as well as in-depth knowledge of treasury related regulatory requirements especially in Russia Fluent in English Your attributes and skills Well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with banks, central bank and internal stakeholders. Pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment. Enthusiastic with working within an international environment. Enthusiastic about new technologies and trends in the Finance sector.
