This position is part of the Capital Markets Group, based in Santa Clara. The group manages Intel's 40B debt portfolio, related asset liability management programs, shareholder distribution programs, 5B credit revolving facility, tax credit deals portfolio and Intel Capital equity disposals. The Treasury Manager, Capital Markets will work closely with senior Treasury management and multiple Corporate Finance groups on long term capital structure and capital allocation strategies, debt and alternative financing activities, asset liability management programs, share repurchase programs and Intel Capital equity disposal activities as well as provide on-going support to other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives. This position will be based in Santa Clara and report to the Treasury Director, Capital Markets and Hedging.
This role maintains close collaboration and partnership with legal, tax and accounting to ensure regulatory compliance, control, and accurate financial reporting. This position will also involve frequent communication with external financial institutions as well as Intel's main banking partners.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
8+ years relevant (capital markets, investment management or corporate treasury) experience
Preferred qualifications:
Direct capital markets experience in large cap multi-national corporation
MBA, CFA or equivalent Treasury qualification
