Eaton is currently seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: Lead for Global commodity hedging and for the FX Anticipatory Hedging program. Leads FX Anticipatory Hedging program. Business Partner of all FX and Commodity related topics Works closely with GFA and Operations to ensure accuracy in cash flow hedge reporting and related accounting treatment. Provides accurate and reliable reporting to leadership, facilitating an informed decision-making process for all commodity and FX hedging. Develops and provides appropriate reporting KPI's on commodity and FX transactions. Works closely with Operations to mitigate FX risk and provides additional training to controllers as required. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution Minimum four (4) years’ experience in treasury, accounting and/or finance Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of treasury or investment banking experience Strong MS Office skills Experience in risk management, specifically FX and commodity hedging Data analytics/Power BI experience Position Success Criteria: Ability to work with a sense of urgency and execute assignments under tight time constraints.
