Flexible hybrid work schedule available. Position Overview: Lead for Global commodity hedging and for the FX Anticipatory Hedging program. Leads FX Anticipatory Hedging program. Business Partner of all FX and Commodity related topics Works closely with GFA and Operations to ensure accuracy in cash flow hedge reporting and related accounting treatment. Provides accurate and reliable reporting to leadership, facilitating an informed decision-making process for all commodity and FX hedging. Develops and provides appropriate reporting KPI's on commodity and FX transactions. Works closely with Operations to mitigate FX risk and provides additional training to controllers as required. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in FX and/or cash management. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Strong MS Office skills essential. Experience in risk management, specifically FX desirable. Data analytics/Power BI experience highly valued.
