About The Role:
The Tridion Consultant is a technical resource which is critical to successful Tridion software implementations. A Tridion Consultant will work with colleagues and customers to successfully implement Tridion Docs solutions and enable the success of our customers.

Responsibilities: 
* Partner with other RWS divisions, when additional RWS products or technical resources that are critical to a software implementation.
* Collaborate with sub-contractors, partner resources, and customer resources
* Work within overall project plan and collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in scope with as close to zero defect as possible.
* Collaborate with colleagues to evolve the Tridion Docs practice and seek opportunity to improve how we work 
* Participate in the business requirements gathering process for customer configurations and customizations.
* Consult with customers and colleagues on configuration and implementation options based on best practices.
* Participate in solution installation, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment
* Support customer user acceptance testing.

Requirements:
* Experience of software life-cycle is required 
* Experience in some or all of the following areas is desirable:
o Deployment of component content management solutions
o Knowledge of the DITA XML standard
o Implementing rules-based publishing systems (DITA Open Toolkit, XSL-FO, XSLT, SDL XPP, SDL Tridion Docs)
o Knowledge of CSS3, HTML, XML, JavaScipt, C#, and .NET
o Knowledge of creating the appropriate network architecture to scale to the software implementation
o Communication skills with customers at all levels including IT staff, Business Users, and Executives
o Writing skills to create detailed software design documents and network topology diagrams
o Field consulting or professional services delivery experience
o Group presentations skills, such as conducting classroom training or presenting to a large audience
o Knowledge of localization process including software engineering, DTP, graphics, translation, internationalization, multimedia and knowledge of translation and workflow tools and process
