This position is leading the brake system control engineering in Daimler Truck China project, organize trouble shooting and lead problem solving, coordinate development activities, and ensure the software / hardware release time, function and quality.
1. Participation in sample truck buildup, commissioning, testing field to ensure the brake system working properly; As well as failure analysis with testing department, dig out the root cause and organize problem solving together Daimler global network
2. Regular communication and coordination with global braking system engineering team to ensure HW and SW release.
3. Full understanding of homologation regulation requirements for braking system in China, reporting to global development team and ensure the system compliant to regulation. Also, participate and support on-site for homologation activities.
4. Align local market expectation and competitor’s status. Align roadmap of brake control with marketing expectation. Keep up to date for new technologies and features.

6. Organize the global team to implement the function safety activity of the brake system, especially to ensure the system compliant to local regulations
