Position Description: The TSA adds value early in the opportunity stage by developing trust and rapport with IT staff, discussing not just hardware requirements, but also how those various components will integrate into the customers infrastructure. This role will be a repurposing of existing individuals and roles within the current specialists/overlay teams. #### Position Requirements: Intermediate level professional, with  complete understanding of Lenovo IDG & Competitor’s product and warranty services portfolio Consults with other product specialists,  leaders, or cross-functional technical  groups to ensure consistent application of  solutions Responsible for all segments in their assigned patch. Key focus is Top 20 acquisition accounts as well as other strategic accounts Sells products/services to purchasing  groups in large organizations.
