Job Overview
 
Inspect, measure, machine and repair various components for Turbocharger assembly, parts may include Turbine Housings, Compressor Housings, Turbine/Compressor Wheels, Backplates, Bearing Housings, etc.
   
Responsibilities
 
- Perform salvage and reclaim processes to core components
- Organize daily production
- Set up and run the vertical mills and other CNC machines
- Set up actuators
- Inspect, read and understand gauging equipment.
- Correctly identify product, part numbers and quantities.
- Maintain quality requirements.
- Maintain TPM of machines.
- Maintain FPY information on machine and product.
- Fill out daily production information and keep TOS boards up to date.
- Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities, 5S Audit and daily checklist.
- Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions).
- Keep LWI/SOP/SWI's up to date and follow these instructions.
- Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner
- Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions)
- Support all TOS efforts including filling out daily paperwork and production boards
- Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight).
