Turin Brand Assistant, Querétaro, México.

 

By being a brand custodian, this position builds up and execute marketing strategy and brand activities designed to achieve specific business objectives, including: NSV, share of market, financial shape and penetration targets.  This role must have the experience, expertise and skill set to:

• Shape the marketing strategy and activity calendar
• Ensure outstanding implementation in market working closely with other functions to ensure effective in-market delivery
   

 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or related

• 3+ years Brand Marketing or Project Management experience
• Ability to leverage their analytical skills to drive plans and deliver growth.

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Demonstrated success in leading projects within a cross-functional team
• Finantial P&L understanding
   

What would be your key responsibilities?

Brand Management

• Assist brand’s strategy considering sustainable, accelerated and profitable shape
• Collect and analyze market, consumer and brand data, to support and develop the activity set and portfolio management for local market within the brand plans
• Analyze and review brand performance shaping business recommendations
• Develop and manage brand´s budget and resources effectively to deliver efficient investments
• Connect with cross functional teams to support activity set development, that ensures delivery of key brand initiatives in market
• Implement marketing brand plan & innovation activities, supported by on-going performance analysis, portfolio management during internal process
• Assist media strategy & managing social profiles, co-leaded with digital external partner

Media

• Analyze and make recommendations to develop local media strategy and plan, leading a continual effort to maximize, reach and increase ROI on media spend
• Range Management, Innovation and Pricing
• Recommend market coverage strategy in partnership with Segment Business Leader
• Propose ideal range including cleaning as required in partnership with Segment

Business Leader

• Undertake product development on agreed innovation projects
• Recommend pricing corridors, optimal price points by channel and price increases as appropriate
• Act as a leader to permeate seasonal vision and purpose, to create a highly engaged team culture across the Marketing, cross-functional teams and the organization
• Post Evaluation of the Projects and recommendations
