Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate online with players from Turkish-speaking areas.
2. Manage game forums, email communication, and solve related problems.
3. Properly and promptly handle player complaints to effectively resolve player dissatisfaction.
4. Understand player needs and record their feedback.
5. Actively participate in process and business improvement efforts, and provide reasonable suggestions.
6. Support translation and localization from Chinese into Turkish;
7. Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc.

Job Requirements:

1. Native speaker of Turkish;
2. Work experience in Customer Service in video game company a must have;
3. Deep understanding of the Turkish culture;
4. Passionate about video games and rich experience playing video games, especially mobile games and SLG even better!
5. Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit;
6. Able to multitask, diligent and responsible;
7. Knowledge of Chinese language a big plus!

Basic information:

Job type: REMOTE
Salary: 8k-13k RMB (depending on experience)
Working hours: 9 hours total: 8 hours of work per day + 1 hour break for lunch
Time in Turkiye: 8am-12pm;13pm-17pm
Working days: 5 days a week, exact days according to team shift's scheduling
