Technologies involved: single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, Omni-ATAC, and high order chromatin organization, etc.

Work location: USC.

2.  Tissue engineering / wound regeneration using intravital imaging.

Technologies involved: single-cell RNA-seq to characterize endogeneous reprogramming processes, use of lentiviral reporter and induced gene expression to reprogram cell fates and enhance regeneration.

Work location

Phase 1: About 6-month training in USC to learn the basics,

Phase 2: Back and forth between USC / CMU, Note CMU Integrative Stem Cell Center has top-down two-photon microscope which allows intravital image of wound regeneration process in living mouse. When travel internationally for work or international meetings, traveling expenses are covered.
