The Early Career Recruiting Advisor is responsible for generating a pipeline of top talent from our portfolio of universities, community colleges, and virtual channels. This includes virtual recruiting, candidate engagement, academic partnerships, event management, and analytical assessments of talent opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be willing to travel up to thirty percent of the time to attend on-campus events.
As an U.S. Early Career Recruiting Advisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Help build, bring to life, and inspire the long-term vision for Intel's early-in-career recruiting efforts in the United States.
Understand all aspects of the Business talent pipeline. This includes business needs, supply opportunities/challenges, university relations strategy, including identification of schools and conferences to develop and support business group engagement recommendations/processes.
Organize and manage events including coordination across Talent Acquisition and business group hiring champions, including preparing the virtual recruiting teams to ensure flawless execution. Note, events are currently virtual, but may resume to in-person at a future date, requiring periodic travel to university campuses.
Contribute to the annual virtual recruiting strategy to extend our college reach, target hard-to-find talent, and support proactive recruiting for critical hires. Designs innovative solutions, leveraging virtual recruiting tools.
Responsible for content creation, event schedule and site promotion, and engagement strategy. Oversee/moderate content authors, bloggers. Provide a platform for year-round and consistent messaging to stay engaged with students when we are not on campus.
Partner with Global Talent Marketing to design to produce collateral (brochures, banners, flyers, emails, pop-ups, etc.) for campus and virtual recruiting. Leveraging student perception studies to develop relevant and engaging content/messaging for our collateral.
Develop and monitor success metrics to ensure we have an adequate pipeline to support Intel's college talent needs. Prepare semiannual report on virtual and campus recruiting programs to support continuous improvement of our channels.
Identify emerging skill requirements within the business and explore opportunities through external vendors to maintain Intel's innovative position.
As a member of the US College team, partner closely with peers to ensure our campus relations strategy comprehends any new strategic direction and has strong business group engagement.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of professional experience in recruiting, university relations, or campus programming.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$91,500.00-$137,140.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
