Job Description
As our company is poised to further expand its presence in the U.S. market, we are seeking a seasoned U.S. Media Consultant on a global scale to provide comprehensive insights and professional support for this strategic initiative. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our client’s brand promotion, media engagement and public outreach, ensuring alignment with U.S. media norms and optimizing its global image and market expansion strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Comprehensively track and monitor trends across U.S. mainstream media, social media platforms, industry outlets and influential opinion leaders, with a key focus on sectors relevant to the company’s business, brand image and public relations environment.
Analyze the formation, transmission and impact of U.S. public opinion, identify potential reputational risks, media challenges and public relations crises, and formulate targeted communication strategies and response plans.
Assist in establishing and maintaining stable cooperative relations with U.S. media institutions, journalists, influencers and public relations channels, providing professional advice on media interviews, press releases, public events and brand exposure.
Evaluate the effect of media exposure and public communication, regularly produce U.S. media and public opinion analysis reports, and provide actionable suggestions for the company’s overseas branding and PR strategy.
Key Requirements
Possess rich experience in U.S. media, public relations, communications or related fields, with an in-depth understanding of U.S. media environment, journalism rules, cultural context and public opinion logic.
Demonstrate strong capabilities in media monitoring, public opinion analysis, crisis PR and cross-cultural communication, with sharp insight into U.S. media trends and social sentiment.
Fluent in English, capable of proficiently collecting, interpreting and summarizing English media content, news materials and public relations documents.
Preferred candidates include senior media practitioners, former journalists, editors, communications directors, public relations consultants, social media experts, think tank professionals and industry insiders with extensive U.S. media resources and connections.
Work Nature & Remuneration
