This position is a fungible role that is expected to follow a learning path across the different areas of expertise managed by the Payroll Specialists team. Over time the person selected for the position will be certified in a variety of processes which will allow them to gather a holistic view of the overall operations and be able to support several tasks.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be an active advanced student at a university level or must possess a university degree.
2+ years of experience in Shared Service Center operations
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Advanced English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate-high knowledge in Workday payroll processes' execution and/or support.
Basic-intermediate knowledge in HR general processes and policies.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
