Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be an active advanced student or must possess a university degree.

• 1+ years of experience in Shared Service Center environments.

• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

• Advanced English level (verbal/written) minimum B2.

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate-high knowledge in Workday payroll processes' execution and/or support.

• Basic-intermediate knowledge in HR general processes and policies.
