Partner Responsibilities

1. Company Formation & Compliance Support

Serve as a registered member of a U.S. LLC, assisting with company registration, EIN application, bank account opening, and other necessary procedures
Cooperate with platform identity verification when needed (e.g., video calls)
Authorize professional accountants to handle annual tax filing matters
2. Local Resources & Market Insights

Share insights and understanding of the U.S. market based on your availability and interest
If you have relevant resources, assist in connecting with local warehousing, logistics channels, etc. (non-mandatory)
3. Important Matter Response

Respond within a reasonable timeframe when critical matters arise (platform verification, document signing, etc.)
Serve as one of the company's local contacts to assist with necessary matters
You have full autonomy over your working time and methods during our cooperation. We do not exercise daily management or control over you.
