From the very beginning, you’ll be right at the forefront of the future UBS business. You’ll experience a unique workplace culture in a small and diverse team, outside the regular UBS environment.
The team is working on envisioning potential future business opportunities and spot challenges that UBS might face in the coming decades. UBS Y also acts as consultant or facilitator to help departments to think differently and look at problems from an innovative perspective.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, able to come up with disruptive new ideas and ready to step far outside of their personal comfort zone.

You will join the part of the team that rotates every six months to constantly bring fresh ideas to Y Think Tank and UBS.

You are able to explore the perspective of future clients and communities and also bring in extensive knowledge about the following subjects:

• Future generations and their needs
• People’s motivations and incentives in the future
• Megatrends and general knowledge about the future
• You will be working in an Apple Environment
