Are you at your best when solving problems for clients? Do you have a proven track record in market development?

We are looking for an experienced Family Advisor to:
• systematically develop a strong business pipeline, support the coverage of the most important clients and prospective clients of UBS in close collaboration with the relationship management teams and senior management
• interact one on one with clients to originate business
• manage high touch family governance and family office setup projects aiming at the implementation of concrete solutions (e.g. running of family workshops, drafting of family constitutions, setting up of family decision making bodies, drafting of family office business plans, etc.)
• review, develop and implement new offerings
• develop content for high profile events
• collaborate closely with the wider Client Services teams, e.g. Philanthropy Services, Art Advisory, UBS digital Communities for Young Successors, Philanthropists, Industry Leaders, Collectors and Family Officers as well as partner teams within UBS such as UBS Wealth Planning, investment teams, stakeholders within UBS Investment Bank, etc.
• autonomously conduct family meetings and family governance workshops including the drafting of the relevant family protocols
