• Main Responsibilities:

o Work at the early concept phase by facilitating ideation sessions, storyboarding, brainstorming and sketching early stage mockups.

o Set farseeing design strategy and guideline to guide design work for new projects based on deep understanding of user need, business goal and technical limitation.

o Manage partner and team to lead design projects for quality and on-time delivery.

o Design the end-to-end customer experience and the interaction model at each step, including key design artifacts such as storyboards, user flows, and wireframes.

o Visual Design, deliver visual assets (icons, logos, layout redlines, screen mockups, prototypes) for digital products with quality such as mobile, website.

o Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers

o Communicate and present your insights, ideas, and planned approach to stakeholders in an effective way.

• Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, or equivalent education or experience.

o A minimum of 3 years of project management.

o Solid experience on UX or interaction and visual design experience.

o Strong design sensibilities and attention to details.

o Sketch out visual concepts both on paper and using software applications.

o Proficiency with common design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Axure etc. other relevant tools are also fine)

o Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

o Understanding of CMS tool or basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript is a plus.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, business level of communication skills in English.
