As the UKI Online Sales Manager (OSM), you will be responsible for
coordinating and driving the eCommerce sales in the UK and Ireland. With an
exciting and dynamic product range online, this is a fantastic opportunity to

Senior OSM, wider Ecommerce team and the Lenovo UKI team to deliver against
the sales targets and enhance the customer experience on Lenovo.com.
• KPI: Revenue / Margin
• Direct Reports: 0
• Reporting: to Tier 1 Senior Online Sales Manager
• Location: Chineham (UK)
• Deliver against ambitious sales targets – including on top-line revenue &
margin, across multiple product categories, on the Public web domains as well
as identified sub-routes (e.g. Student stores / LenovoPRO)
• Manage stock and onsite product availability, ensuring a healthy balance of
high-end and mainstream portfolio, to hit revenue & margin targets
• Plan and manage the on-site promotional activities. Prepare
pricing/promotion/go to market with local and regional stakeholders.
• Support with the execution of EMEA/UKI trading activity (promotional
consistency with other Tier 1 region countries and or at an EMEA level).
• Monitor end to end execution: from promotional codes, to demand generation
to merchandising implementation and data analytics.
• Create appropriate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Liaise with the local specialists to get market Insights to determine new
revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with the Merchandising team and monitor the execution to ensure each
site is correctly merchandised, monitor the websites’ quality & hygiene: work
with various teams to ensure best in class customer experience.
• Customer Satisfaction action plans (optimizations & enhancements).
• Regular interlocks with the Demand Generation team to communicate the
promotional activities and jointly decide the best tactics for routes to
success.
• Support the email production team.
• Report and monitor sales, key metrics and promotions for weekly trade
meetings.

#### Position Requirements:
• Min. 3 years eCommerce experience
• Strong prioritization, coordination, and time management skills; you will
need to be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and delivering to
commitments.
• Good Excel Skills (e.g. basic formula and Pivot Table) – We are data
orientated and take action based on validated, well presented data
• Ability to manage various stakeholder relationships & work collaboratively
• Strong presentation and communication skills – you may be required to
present to senior management
• Understanding of Online Environment & Web platforms (e.g. SAP/Hybris) or
eCommerce team management / content publishing desirable
• Product/Placement/Price/Promotion (4P) experience or Sales Experience
desirable
