Job Description

UK SALES MANAGER

Through your passion and motivation, you sell and develop Adagio UK portfolio. You are professional and knowledgeable about the brand and you build strong relationships and create bond with all parties.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Missions

- In charge of corporate sales for Adagio UK

- Coordinates actions and missions on corporate sales with Accorhotels Group

- Increase sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio through higher penetration within existing accounts

- Acquire new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (i.e. 4 nights and more) to increase the customer portfolio of the UK perimeter

- Develop corporate cross-selling revenue for French and Central Europe perimeters

Tasks

Sales Management

- Account Management of existing accounts (including contracting and sales animation)

- Acquisition of new accounts through sales actions (tele-acquisition, one to one, email marketing, sales blitz...)

- Provide recommendations for short team and long term sales strategies and participate actively in the definition and the implementation of the sales action plan (including follow up)

- Transmit leads to other aparthotels or sales forces of other perimeters

- Develop UK relocation agencies

Communication

- Coordinate closely with the Account Managers from the Accor Group to promote the Aparthotels Adagio in the global RFPs

- Work in close collaboration with UK General Managers through regular calls / site visit on achieved results, optimisation opportunities, market and competition insights and trends

- Actively participate in Accor market place organisations to ensure relevance of our strategies within each place

Reporting, Tools & Benchmark

- Conduct regular sales reporting according to Adagio guidelines

- Manages the relevant CRM, databases and tools

- Conduct regular market and competition checks to share information internally about news / trends

Location

UK based (within commuting distance from one of our our Adagio properties in London, Birmingham, Liverpool or Edinburgh) with regular travel to aparthotels and accounts within UK perimeter
