Junior UPS Specialist, After Sales Support Join Eaton and help us provide energy-efficient solutions that have a real impact on the environment. We make what matters work. As a Junior UPS Specialist, you will provide after sales support to our internal and external customer. Your responsibilities will be troubleshooting, replying requests, and providing technical support on installation, maintenance and repair of the products. In addition, you will participate training Field Service Engineers and creating and developing service documentation. You will work within our world class Engineering Team in our Espoo Site and in close collaboration with different stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Sales Support, Product Marketing, Production and Customers). Your key deliverables: Resolve technical product-related issues Provide technical support to local and regional field service engineers Troubleshoot and take corrective actions in field incidents Report to Quality organization of field findings Act as a trainer to field service engineers Improve the content and quality of service trainings Produce service documentation and field service bulletins Act as an interface between field service and other departments Contribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of field engineers through instructions Qualifications Required: Min. B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Some experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions Ability to create technical documents Fluency in in both English and Finish Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation Problem-Solving skills Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel Desired: Experience on UPS technologies and assemblies is an advantage Customer service orientation What Eaton offers: Competitive compensation and benefits package (flexible working hours, wellness program, bonus plan, private healthcare) Challenging work in dynamic collaborative team Inclusion & Diversity - Openness to diversity widens our access to the best talent.
