Form processing 

• To scan the barcode on the form
• To perform eyeball check by comparing the information listed on physical form vs the digital form
• Eyeball check the information  

Period: from Dec 18 to Jan 10
Time: Mon to Fri
From 9:00am to 6:00pm
Remark: If staff willing to report duty on Sat are acceptable
Working Location: Prince Edward (始創中心)
