JOB DUTIES:

• 2 year Government contract (5-day week)
• Provide day-to-day support services to 150+ user workstations, computer servers, and network equipment
• Set up and perform HW and SW installation and problem troubleshooting for desktop PCs, mobile devices and peripherals
• Perform regular health check on websites and applications
• Provide technical advices and implementation of computer projects
• Interact and follow up with vendors and government departments for maintenance and fault reported for any computer equipment and software until case completed
• Maintain the inventory record of the computer equipment
• Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment
• Be required to work overtime for ad hoc support and system upgrade services after office hours occasionally

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 year solid experience in PC support and related software including:  
• Chinese Microsoft Windows 10                
• Chinese Microsoft Office 2016 or above                 
• McAfee Antivirus
• Lotus Notes Mail System
• Below support experience is preferred
• Cantonese speaking is a MUST
• Location: Admiralty
