Position Description:
The channel marketing role leads the creation and execution of campaigns
working with customers, sales and other support marketing functions focused to
increase Moto’s sales conversion and brand consideration in specific channels.
The role is responsible for leading programs such as having a stand-out brand
presence online and offline, co-marketing media (TV/digital), consumer
promotions, CRM and sales reps support programs.
#### Position Requirements:
Develops specific customer marketing and sales support strategies (ATL/BTL) to
increase our market share, revenues and profits while optimizing our ROI.
Co-leads on planning and implementation of Omni-channel marketing and sales
programs to get the best channel support programs for improved sales
conversion and brand consideration.
Influences channel partners on implementing co-marketing TV and digital
campaigns, CRM, PR, consumer promotions, web and in store stand-out presence,
sales reps support programs, at national and local markets levels for each
channel.
Works closely with customers in marketing, product and sales roles
Defines clear metrics and tracking process measuring progress, driving
resolution of problems, ensuring flawless execution and high customer and
consumer satisfaction.
Ensures that consumer, channel and Motorola needs and budgets are planned and
met with comprehensive programs supporting overall sales revenue and profit
for each account.
Partners very closely and in collaboration with HQ Sales, Field Sales
Regional, ATL and BTL support teams, agencies and supporting functions.
Customizes as needed product messaging and positioning for each channel.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years in areas related to current job description in technology industry
Previous experience in customer-facing roles and in building long lasting
relationships with customers.
Business oriented, analytical and customer driven
Leader, team player, proactive and problem-solving attitude
Motivate others, build support and inclusion, manage execution, show
creativity, drive and initiative, establish trust and respect, and readily
adaptable are some of the skills needed to succeed in the role.
Ability to lead and collaborate with support teams but also execute tactical
details
Superior strategic, operational, communication and interpersonal skills
