Data Management has emerged across the financial services industry and beyond as one of the key-most enablers of efficient and effective processing, and of high quality outputs. As an industry leader in the space, UBS is continually evolving and enhancing its data management practices and is currently looking for the right individual to support the design and deployment of the next evolution of its data quality framework (i.e. DQ profiling, monitoring, rules, control, metrics, and DQ issue management) across its US-based operations.

We're essentially looking for the right individual, with the drive and talent to help us deliver on our vision of building the most efficient, effective, sustainable, and trusted data environment possible. In this role you will:

• Manage large volumes of data and analyze understand, breakdown and report back on large volumes of in-depth data
• Interact and report to internal, external, and senior stakeholders across the firm
• Lead I.T. teams through the development of risk mitigating control resolution
• Adhere to and understand the (Data Management Framework) DMF 2.0 and represent it across the firm
• Learn, understand and adhere to the Operation Risk Framework (ORF)
• Provide essential information at a level that senior management and external stakeholders can easily understand
• Work cross divisionally to remediate Data Quality issues
• Govern Data Quality issues within the Combined US-Operations (CUSO) to ensure they are addressed to a sufficient level
