Leveraged and acquisition finance focus, with exposure to other areas of financing transactions. You will be involved in some of the most high profile deals in the industry. Advising a range of clients (conglomerates, PE houses, financial institutions) on debt financing matters.

理想的求职者

* 3-7+ PQE
* Solid debt financing experience from a magic circle or US firm
* Fluency in English and Chinese language skills are essential
* Qualified in any common law jurisdiction
