1. Brief Description

This position is designed to support Regional Trade Management on daily business analysis & management within Greater China. Monitor bookings of service loops from region perspective. Assisting Trade Managers on analysis task & facilitating each Branch Offices within Greater China to maximize bookings per week. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties

• Communicate with US Government sales for booking , projection, route set up, rating & invoice issue

• Coordinate with origin GSC ,CS & Network team for daily booking accommodation, correct route search setup, equipment smooth release/pick up

• Coordinate with regional/headquarter trade /commercial for space, route, service and TMA input

• Account profile set up at regional level.

• Escalation to regional trade/corporate level if big conflicts with trade/commercial.
