The city:
Ruili is a small city on the border with Myanmar. The people are varied, the language is easier to understand than most areas, and the culture is very different from most of China. Ethnic minorities and Burmese people are everywhere here, and it's easy to fit in. The city itself, despite being around 250,000 strong, is still very modern, with a lot of new buildings and things to do. This is a great outdoors city as well, with a lot of blue sky and fresh air, and tons of small bike-able daytrips.

The school:
We are a TINY high school with 7 or fewer students in each class. We are growing, however, and students have some great opportunities to learn English in a more concentrated environment because of our size. We use GAC and CCSS courses to provide a well-rounded 3 year education, and then help students apply to universities in the USA, Canada, Australia, England, and Singapore. Students receive graduate diplomas, and we have a 100% college placement rate.
Teachers and staff are nice and work together well.

The job:
20 hours per week +1 night study and +1 meeting.
No office hours.
Bonuses are paid at the end of each trimester up to 1000/month (based on performance)
Course plans and options are provided, and some space for creativity is also given.
Training is done to ensure students get quality teaching.
