Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated professional English language teachers to provide online instructions in English as a second language for a wide range of learners (kids/beginners, intermediate, adults). The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional teaching manner.
Teach the English language to Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set
guidelines.
Prepare by reviewing our designed teaching materials before the lesson starts
Conduct one-on-one video lessons with students within the prescribed time
Provide corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each lesson

Job Requirements:
The Conditions of Employment:
Native English Speakers: USA, Canada
Age: 25 to 50 years old
Degree：Bachelor Degree or Higher
Certificate: TESOL /TEFL/CELTA certificate is preferred
Experience: Two years formal Teaching Experience is prefered
Proficient with the use of computers
Not working for another online English school
Energetic Individuals
Healthy

Compensation:
Salary: 18000 RMB per month （before tax）according to your qualification.
Bonus：2000 RMB after completing half year contract, extra 3000 RMB after completing 1 year contract.
Vacation：China National holiday

Position Information:
Working hour: 13:00-22:00 on weekday, 9:00 - 18:00 or 13:00-22:00 on weekend. A minimum of 5 teaching hours everyday.
One hour free lunch or Dinner time
Two days off per week
Students’ age: 5 to 12 years old
