USFLOORS CHINA is a subsidiary of Shaw Industries Group and is located in Shanghai, China. Our office in Shanghai is tasked to handle all the logistics, quality control and sourcing for its original parent company USFLOORS LLC in America.

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager is key to our Quality departments as he/she will manage and organize all the technical information and the data that is collected to make sure we can actually learn from it. He/she also manages the relationship with the 3rd party quality partners (laboratories, auditors, inspectors, etc.) but also coordinate and follow up on audits to make sure Corrective Action Reports are implemented.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Third parties Management.

• Quality data analysis.

• Correct action report follow-up.

• Translate technical documents.

• Assist to QC manager.

• Draft and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.

• Revise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.

• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.

• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.

• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA analysis tools.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.

• Attention to detail.

• Communication skills - verbal and written (both Chinese and English).

• Data collection, management and analysis.

• Problem analysis and problem solving.

• Planning and organizing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.

• Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

• Must possess good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Must speak Mandarin and English.
