Can you prove your experience in user research and design processes? Are you looking for a new challenge and interested in joining a global organization that produces the best content management system for complex business needs? Then we’d love for you to join our design team in Amsterdam!

As a User Experience Designer at RWS, you will assess, iteratively design, and safeguard the usability of the Tridion content management product you will be working on. • Build prototypes that can effectively demonstrate user flows and related user experiences
  • Iteratively test, validate, and refine design concepts and prototypes with users and internal stakeholders
  • Work out detailed design specifications and documentation as input for development that is in line with high-level product and UX strategy, as well as with visual design and branding guidelines
  • Work closely with both local and remote development teams and support these teams during implementation so they can keep moving fast in an agile software development environment

To maintain and grow RWS’s “Graphene” design style guide and design pattern library:

  • Create alignment with other UX designers on design systems, UI patterns and controls, best practices, and related documentation
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with UX specifications
  • Work with fellow UX designers across RWS to develop organization-wide design guidelines, and enable seamless user experiences between multiple systems, platforms, and devices

What you need to succeed

  • You have an outstanding design portfolio demonstrating how you approached and solved design problems in previous projects
  • You can work with technical and business goals and constraints to build experiences of true value for customers
  • You are proficient in creating compelling UX and UI design concepts, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision or others
