What part will you play? · Translate user research & insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that culminate in intuitive user experiences · Devise elegant solutions that truly bring alive and connect the dots between AI, Engineering, and Design · Facilitate the project/client vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products · Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces · Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features · Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs · Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus · Ability to work with Product owners to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision · A solid grasp of human-centered design (HCD), conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns · Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients · A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking · Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications · Passion about all things UX design and other areas of design and innovation · Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer UX (HCI), Design, or a related field of study We don’t need superheroes, just super minds · Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a user centered Analysis, Stragegy and Design · Must illustrate solving for multi-platform UX challenges and demonstrate scalable, user-friendly, responsive design solutions · Master or bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or HFI CUA equivalent professional experience is a plus · Experience in a variety of design and prototype tools such as XD, Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator Preferred Qualifications · An innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts · Understand product specifications and cognitive psychology of users while solving a problem. · Fluency in best practices for Information Architecture and Interaction Design. · Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative environment · Experience with DesignOps and Design system creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizations. · A strong awareness of common usability methods and principles · A lucid sense for how individual components and features impact their larger applications, and how to optimize accordingly · Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills · Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization · The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment · Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work · A clean sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication · A general understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa), along with a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible/prudent · Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/Kanban), Experience working with Global teams.
