Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to lead & support User experience design in digital projects (not restricted to app or service design but wherever digital will be an enabler of innovation).

Key Area of Responsibility

1.User Experience design

• Set up the appropriate user field researches (observations, interviews, immersion ...)

• Produce strategic analysis of opportunities by synthesizing them into graphical visualizations (diagrams, user journeys, service blueprints, motivation profiles or personae, mood boards...)

• Manage ideation phases in co-creation with project team

- Prototype emerging ideas (from drawings to 3D models - physical or digital - you quickly turn ideas into tangible and shareable solutions)

• Set up user tests (individual interviews, co-creation workshops with users ...) to evaluate hypotheses, iterate and refine the tested solutions

2.UX/UI App Design

Be able to produce digital deliverables related to app design:

• Blueprints

• Wireframes

• UX/UI design of the app

• App prototyping through InVision, Flinto…

3.Facilitate User-centered methods

On-board project team on co-creating solutions:

• Formalize project methodology to adopt (from problematic reformulation with the project manager to definition / validation with him of deliverables to produce)

• Guide the project team, step by step, throughout the process of creating new solutions (see User experience design)

• Design and animate needed co-creation workshops with the project team

4.Network development

Be the referent in User Experience design in China & of Chinese market

Develop strong link with regional R&D and Marketing teams

Build and manage a network of design agencies in China

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of experience in design &/or innovation agencies

Industries Experience: One or more of the following: Healthcare, Consumer goods industries

Geographical Experience: International experience is a plus

Education: Master in design (industrial, interaction, service)

Language:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Reading and Speaking Chinese is a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively in an international team environment

Tools:

• Sketching;

• Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)

• App design softwares (InVision, Flinto, Axure ...)

• 3D rendering software is a plus
